Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Dublin city centre (D1, D2) and some neighborhoods on Dublin south (D4, D6, D8, D14).

Please contact us if you wish to make an order outside of this areas.

Why do I need to order 24 hours in advance?

We operate in MTO (Made-To-Order) system which means that we prepare the food especially for you.

Why is there a minimum value of €40 for a delivery?
Preparing an order for less than the minimum value of €40 simply does not work for us at the moment as we operate in an MTO (Made-To-Order) system.

Will you share my details with any other organizations?
Absolutely not.

I need to place a big order, can I talk to someone about this?
Of course. You can place the order online, or if you'd like to discuss your requirements with us please contact us.

Do you do Packed Lunches for group orders?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Who makes your products?
Our team members make to order (MTO) all of our delicious food.

Do the platters have any vegan or vegetarian products?
Sure. Our platters range has vegan and vegetarian options.

 

Why are the items on your platters fixed?
We receive lots of delivery orders, meaning we can't produce bespoke platters and still ensure our food arrive on time in perfect condition.

We are proud of our platters as they offer a choice of the best combination we can make.

I am ordering for people that have dietary requirements. Can I view an allergen guide?
Our allergen guide can be viewed here.

Can I order hot drinks for delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver hot drinks.

 

Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes of course you can, we have a secure payment system that will make a payment safely and easily.

Why has VAT been added to my order?
We charge VAT according to Revenue guidelines. Some items incur VAT and some items do not. The VAT incurred will always be calculated and displayed at checkout and on your order confirmation invoice.

 

Can I create a credit account and pay via invoice?
Please contact us so we can discuss your individual requirements.

 

Can I amend my order on the day of delivery?
Orders can be amended or cancelled until midnight the night before delivery.

Why is the delivery acceptance process so important?
To ensure customer satisfaction and that we can receive prompt payment, it is vital that the customer and the Team Member check the order carefully upon arrival. Only once the customer has checked should they be asked to sign and print their details clearly on the delivery note. In doing so we can then be sure that the full delivery has been safely and correctly received as ordered. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
